Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi
RAVI SHANKAR is Professor (HAG) in the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi in the Department of Management Studies. His teaching and research are primarily in the area of Operations and Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Decision Sciences and Business Analytics & Optimization. Dr Shankar has a rich industry and teaching experience of over 30 years. He has published over 400 research papers and co-authored nine books. His research citations exceed 25000 with an H-index of 78 (Feb 2023). He is the “Fellow of Indian National Academy of Engineers (FNAE)”. In year 2016, a research paper published in Omega: An International Journal of Management Science has ranked him as the top-most productive researcher in the Business-schools in India. Prof. Shankar is the recipient of ‘Dr R. P. Mohanty Gold Medal for Outstanding Teacher’ from Indian Institute of Industrial Engineering (IIIE), Mumbai India

Dr Kumar Neeraj Jha started his career with Larsen and Toubro Ltd and was instrumental in the successful completion of several construction projects of national importance. He has published more than 90 papers in international and national journals and conference proceedings. Professor Jha teaches various courses in construction technology and management. He has supervised six PhD students, more than 100 M.Tech. Students and conducted many training programs for industry. He has also been involved with several consultancy projects.

Participants who score at least 50% in the evaluation components and maintain a minimum of 60% attendance in both lectures and tutorials will be awarded a completion certificate.
Participants who are unable to score 50% in the evaluation components will be eligible for a participation certificate if their attendance is above 60% in both lectures and tutorials.
